She is survived by: her children, Mark Lewis (Marie) of Springfield and Shasta Butler (Lee) of Springfield; her grandchildren, Brett Butler, Austin Butler, Evie Lewis and Gideon Lewis; her brother Jimmie Padgett; her sister-in-law Linda Scott (Sidney); and her nephew James Bradley (family: Lisa, Ethan, Caleb, Megan, Millie, Owen Bradley).
Visitation was held on Wednesday, October 23rd 2024 from 5:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Mellie NeSmith Funeral Home (513 W Main St, Claxton, GA 30417). A funeral service was held on Thursday, October 24th 2024 at 11:00 AM at the Mellie NeSmith Funeral Home Chapel (513 W Main St, Claxton, GA 30417).
