He was predeceased by: his son Kyler Ray Knight, Jr.; his parents, Shirley Ann Hagan and Jimmy G. Knight; and his grandparents, John and Lillie Hagan.
He is survived by: his children, Kevin Knight (Trisha) of Sanger, Texas and Ginny Yarbrough (Shawn) of Collins; the mother of his children Jerri Hendrix of Collins; his brother Jimmie L. Knight of Statesboro; and his aunt Vivian Howard (Mark) of Eden. He is also survived by seven grandchildren and several nieces, nephews and cousins.
