She is survived by: her children, Kerry Futch (Cindy) of Metter and Terri Blocker (Adrian) of Glennville; her brother Mike Hendrix (Libby); her grandchildren, Tori Blocker (Logan Williams), Dan Blocker, Drew Blocker, Molly Futch, Cayla Griffis (Wesley), Katie Futch (Adam Herring) and Ellah Coursey; and her great grandchild Kennedy Griffis.
