She was predeceased by: her parents, Reginald Waters and Mildred Rustin Waters; and her brother Jerry Waters. She is survived by: her children, Sandra Bailey of Hagan, Peggy Bradley of Vidalia, Bo Hutcheson (Leigh) of Claxton and Nikki Deloach of Claxton; her siblings, Jeanette Morris of Statesboro, Joann Cannon (Jimmy) of Blackshear, Geneva Wiggins (Larry) of Pembroke, Steve "Buck" Waters of Glennville and Wayne Waters (Karen) of Claxton; her close friend Mary Hendrix Arnold of Claxton; and her grandchildren, Josh Bailey, Whitney Waters, Tylor Waters, Amanda Martin and Ariel Anderson (Ben). She is also survived by 9 great-grandchildren and numerous nieces and nephews.
