He was predeceased by: his parents, Breckley Blocker and Ruby Blocker (Lee); and his brother Johnny Blocker. He is survived by: his wife Carolyn Cowart Blocker; his children, Paula Blocker of Claxton, GA, Larry Blocker (Tonya) of Claxton and Daniel Blocker (Crystal) of Claxton; his grandchildren, Sidney Mack (Jacob), Garrison Blocker, Carson Blocker, Gemma Blocker and Grady Mack; and his brothers, Jerry Blocker (Nell Mobley), Jack Blocker and Joe Blocker (Karan) of Claxton, GA.. He is also survived by cousins, nephews, and nieces.
Visitation was held on Thursday, March 13th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Mellie NeSmith Funeral Home (513 W Main St, Claxton, GA 30417). A funeral service was held on Thursday, March 13th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location. A burial was held on Thursday, March 13th 2025 at the Union Church Cemetery (57 Union Church Rd, Claxton, GA 30417).
