It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Jeffery Williams (Claxton, Georgia), who passed away on September 11, 2021, at the age of 60, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Willie Mae Williams and Otis Collins; and his brothers, James Williams and Johnnie Williams. He is survived by: his wife Minnie Williams of Reidsville, Georgia; his children, Memie Griffin (Phillip) of Claxton, Patricia Battle of Reidsville, LaJasma Williams-Kinard (Jamel) of Statesboro, Georgia, Nichelle Williams (Timothy) of Statesboro, Georgia, Kenny Battle of Vidalia, Georgia, Jacob Griffin (Beitha) of Swainsboro and Jeffery Williams, Jr. of Suffolk, Virginia; his sisters, Rosa Byrd (Kevin) of Reidsville, Patricia Williams of Claxton and Tammy Badger (Rodney) of HInesville, Georgia; and his sisters-in-law, Gwen Williams and Ella Williams. He is also survived by grandchildren, nieces, nephews, cousins, other relatives and friends.
