He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Donnie Salter and Maridean Durrence Salter of Glennville; his children, Amanda Smith (Jay) of Reidsville, Dean Salter of Claxton and Kelly Taylor of Glennville, Georgia.; his siblings, Dinah Wasson (Dale) of Glennville, Debbie Dubberly (Brian) of Glennville, Dale Salter (Melanie) of Claxton, Patsy Stubbs of Glennville and David Salter (Missy) of Claxton, Georgia.; and his grandchildren, Alexis Smith, Kody Smith, Eben Salter, Bentlee Salter and Eli Salter. He was also cherished by Several nieces, nephews and other relatives.
