He was predeceased by: his wife Frances A. Williams; his son Kevin Wayne Williams; and his brother Jimmie Roberts. He is survived by: his sons, James Randle Williams, Jr. (April), Joel David Williams (Stacy) of Ellabell and Richard Floyd Williams of Virginia; and his sisters, JoAnn Gunter (Billy) and Georgia Jean Parham (Billy) of Augusta. He is also survived by nine grandchildren and two great-grandchildren, several nieces and nephews.
