He is survived by: his children, Franklin Purvis (Sherry) of Daisy, Michael Purvis (Steve Dickey) of Memphis, TN and Angela Davis of Daisy; his siblings, Derrell Purvis (Gail) of Daisy, Wayne Purvis (Linda) of Bloomingdale, Tim Purvis of Hinesville, Jean Smith (Jimmy) of Claxton and Annette Findley (Lavon) of Ellabell; and his grandchildren, Sarah Purvis, Sydney Gouldsborough (Jacob), Justin Davis and Emily Davis. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
