He is survived by: his wife Mary Collins of Claxton; his daughters, Robyn Smith (Glenn) of Claxton and Londa Collins of Claxton; his brothers, Howard Collins (Rosalyn) of Rincon and Frank Collins (Diane) of Florida; and his grandson Cody Smith of Statesboro. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
