He was predeceased by: his parents, Wade Lewis and Ethel Kennedy Lewis; and his sisters, Eunice Lewis and Louise Lewis Crosby. He is survived by: his nephew Gary H. Crosby (Linda); his niece Yvonne C. Donaldson; his great-niece Niki C. Gladin (Kerry); and his great-nephews, Brian Hendrix (Melisa), Adam Hendrix (Jennifer) and Stephen Crosby (UnChu).
Visitation was held on Saturday, January 4th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Holy Family Catholic Church (1110 S Lewis St, Metter, GA 30439). A funeral service was held on Saturday, January 4th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
