He is survived by: his wife JoAnn Kitchens; his stepdaughters, Denise Crews Strickland (Donnie) and Crystal Crews Blocker (Daniel); his grandchildren, Kody Kitchens of Claxton, Dalton Cody of Claxton and Gemma Blocker of Claxton; and his siblings, Martha Cawley of Ormond Beach, Rebecca Thompson of Glennville, Linda Sikes of Claxton and Dennis Kitchens (Dorothy) of Starke.
