He was predeceased by: his parents, Ben Deloach and Margaret Deloach; his sister Freida Barras; and his grandson Ben Deloach. He is survived by: his wife Betty; his children, David Deloach (Stephanie) of Garden City, GA and Angela Gerrald (Dennis) of Statesboro, GA; his brother Lonnie "Pete" Deloach (Dora) of Bullhead City; his grandson Daniel Gerrald; his great grandchildren, Madison Deloach, David Deloach III, Hayden Deloach and Gabriel Deloach; and his pet Abby. He is also survived by many loving nieces, nephews, and in-laws.
He retired in the early 2000s to care for Betty as she fought a long and courageous battle with Parkinson's Disease.
