He was predeceased by: his parents, James W. Kennedy and Grace Vaughn Kennedy; his brothers, James W. Kennedy, Jr. and Tony Kennedy; his son Benjamin Chris Kennedy; and his nephew Jordan Vaughn Kennedy.
He is survived by: his wife Billie Kennedy of Claxton; his siblings, Patricia K. Smith of Canton and Richard Kennedy of Gainsville; his grandson Jesse Greene of Odum; and his niece Abby Davis of Burden. He is also survived by many other nieces, nephews and cousins.
