He is survived by : his daughter Jennifer; his son-in-law Mike Fugate of Powell, Tennessee; his son Brian; his daughter-in-law Misty Collins of Ooltewah; his brother Joel; his sister-in-law Annette Collins of Easley, SC; his sister Dorothy; his brother-in-law Ernest Hill of Gray Court; and his grandchildren, Sarah Fugate, Andrew Fugate, Trent Collins, Corbin Collins, Michael Collins and Angela Collins. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews.
