He was predeceased by: his parents, Carl Thurmond and Ruby Thurmond; and his brother Roger Thurmond. He is survived by: his daughter Karen Elizabeth (Jeff); his wife Brenda Spivey; and his brothers, Bruce Thurmond and Doug Thurmond.
Visitation will be held on Tuesday, April 15th 2025 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Clarkesville Baptist Church (1287 Washington St, Clarkesville, GA 30523). A funeral service will be held on Tuesday, April 15th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the same location. A burial will be held on Tuesday, April 15th 2025 at the Hills Crossing Baptist Church Cemetery (3569 Toccoa Hwy, Clarkesville, GA 30523).
In lieu of flowers, the family kindly requests that donations be made in Ken's memory to Clarkesville Baptist Church and/or the Habersham Gideons - North Camp.
