He was predeceased by: his parents, Walter D. Bellisle and Vickie Norwood Bellisle; his former wife Sheila Sappington Bellisle; his wife Margaret Black Cruce; his sister Rosalyn Bellisle Bloomer; his brother-in-law Hank Bloomer Jr.; his brother Walter N. Bellisle, Sr.; his nephew Hank Bloomer, III; and his siblings-in-law, Beverly Black Coffer, Jerry "Red" Black and John Larry Black.
He is survived by: his nephews, Walter N. Bellisle, Jr. (Donna) of Newnan and Daniel Bloomer (Linda) of Houston; his stepdaughter Pennie Cruce Cobb of Clarkesville; his siblings-in-law, Carolyn Black Landrum (Everett) of Clarkesville, Barbara Black Green of Clarkesville, Jimmy Black (Linda Jean) of Demorest and Beth Black of Clarkesville; and also Michael Cruce (Nancy) of Cleveland. He is also survived by several great nieces and great nephews as well as extended family and many friends.
