He is survived by: his wife Laurie Earle Mann of Clarkesville; his daughter Emily F. Harrison of Clarkesville; his grandchildren, Kennedy Feltman and Nora Kate Harrison; and his siblings, Jerry Mann (Sandy), Donald Mann, Jr. (Valerie) of Ohio, Joycen Mann Owens of Ohio and Karen Mann of Florida. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, cousins.
