She is survived by: her parent Blondine Waldrop Church; her daughter Christie Lee Yearwood; her brothers, Edward Church, Pat Church and Jerry Church; her husband Russell Davis of Clarkesville; her son Chris Davis of Toccoa; her siblings, Buck Church of Clarkesville and Jaynell "Nell" Church of Clarkesville; and also Jeanette Church of Clarkesville.
