With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Sandra Harris (Clarkesville, Georgia), born in Upland, California, who passed away on June 10, 2019. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Robert S. and Jane Elizabeth Kemp, Sr. (Pharis). She is survived by: her husband William "Bill" Harris of Clarkesville; her daughter Amy Elizabeth Harris; her son-in-law Jonathan Harris of Clarkesville; her son William H. Harris, II of Clarkesville; her brother Robert S. Kemp, Jr. (Pam) of Charlottesville; and her granddaughter Jane Elizabeth Harris of Clarkesville. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
