He is survived by: his spouse Karen Sue McCullough Loggins of Clarkesville; his children, Amy Loggins Palmer of Anderson and Andrew Loggins of Porterdale; his grandchildren, Susannah Loggins and Asher Loggins; his siblings, David Loggins, Johnny Loggins, Jeanette Smith of Cleveland and Carlotta Reid of Demorest; and also Karen.
In lieu of flowers, Russell's wife Karen Sue is asking for donations to be given toward funeral expenses.
