He is survived by: his wife Donna Garrett; his children, Patricia Garrett (David Posten), Betty (Ronnie Turpin), Laura Ledford, Virginia (Jeff Garrison), Jan (Wendell Frady), Deborah Murray, Doug Garrett, Matt (Christy Garrett), Daniel (Loretta Garrett) and Will (Kara Garrett); and his sisters, Pauline Baliles of Cleveland, TN, Carolyn Ross and Betty Wilson. He is also survived by numerous grandchildren and great grandchildren.
