He was predeceased by: his wife Brenda Ramsey Waters. He is survived by: his children, Michael Ramsey Waters (Maria) of Gainesville and Connie Waters Crawford (Kenneth) of Longmont; his sibling Trelle F.; his grandchildren, Hennebry Waters, Ramsey Waters, Andrew Waters, Katherine Crawford and Robert Crawford; and also Gary Poole. He is also survived by two nephews and a niece.
