Hale of Clarkesville, Georgia, born in Queens Village, New York, who passed away on February 7, 2024, at the age of 86, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by : his parents, Alfred William Hale and Edna Amelia Hummer Hale. He is survived by : his wife Joan P. Hale; and his children, Robert Lawrence Hale, Jr., Connie Smith and Jeanine Russo. He is also survived by eight grandchildren; and five great-grandchildren.
