She was predeceased by: her parents, James Ralph and Grace Hopper Wood; and her siblings, J. R. Wood, Mildred Garner, Rachel Franklin and Montin Bobo.
She is survived by: her sisters, Shirley Hilton (Bob) of Clarkesville, Geraldine Ledford of Clarkesville and Ann Whitworth (Jerry) of Martin. She is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews and extended family.
