He was predeceased by: his parents, Aubrey Church and Sallie Lou Church; his brother Herbert Church; and his brother-in-law Morris Williams. He is survived by: his stepdaughter Stephanie; his son-in-law Kevin Addis; his sisters, Carolyn Williams of Demorest, GA, Laverne (David Chamberlin) and Janet (Jerry Taylor); his sister-in-law Linda Church of Demorest, GA; and his grandchildren, Kaiti Addis and Rhett Addis.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made of the charity of one's choice.
