She was predeceased by: her parents, Jack Armistead and Martha Horton Armistead; her son Daniel Alford; and her nephew Shane Armistead. She is survived by: her son Larry; her daughter-in-law Becky Alford of Clarkesville; her brother Donald Armistead of Panama City; her nephew Dr. Stephen "Bo" Armistead of Panama City; her grandchildren, Jerry Alford (Rachel) of Walnut Grove, Cody Alford (Georgia) of Murrayville, Lisa Appling (Chad) of Jefferson and Jimmy Jeter (Candice) of Greenwell Springs; and also John Wood. She is also survived by five great grandchildren, extended family and many friends.
