It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Martha Lovell Franklin of Clarkesville, Georgia, born in Habersham, Georgia, who passed away on June 22, 2023, at the age of 78, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by : her parents, Isaac Lovell and Mervin Jenkins Lovell; her husband Roy Eugene Franklin; her sisters, Mildred Lovell Irvin and Diane; and her siblings-in-law, Bobby Hall, Joy Lovell of Clarkesville, Dayton Wiley and Ancel Roach.

She is survived by : her daughters, Tina (Don Black) and Gina (Jason Brown); her grandchildren, Ethan Black of Smyrna, Caroline, Rily Passini of Cleveland and Seth Brown of Peabody, Massachusetts; her siblings, Linda Roach of Clarkesville, Bertha Wiley of Cornelia and Henry Lovell of Clarkesville; and her siblings-in-law, Yvonne, Raymond Rudeseal of Mt. Airy, Melanie and Keith Franklin of Powder Springs. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
