It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Karen Hoh of Clarkesville, Georgia, born in Chillicothe, Ohio, who passed away on August 21, 2021, at the age of 79, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Walter Toncre and Emma Baltrunat Toncre; and her husband Daryl Leland Hoh. She is survived by: her daughter Kathryn; her son-in-law James Frericks of Jacksonville, Florida; her son Eric; her daughter-in-law Jill Hoh of Phoenix, Arizona; her daughter Marybeth Thomas of Clarkesville; her grandchildren, Nathan Shaffer (Lyunhee Kim) of St. Johns, Ryan Shaffer of Atlanta, Lauren Garmen (Andrew) of Australia, Erin Outley (Anthony) of Chicago, Colin Shaffer of Jacksonville, Ian Shaffer of Jacksonville, Matthew Hoh of Phoenix, Jordan Hoh of Phoenix, Erica Hoh of Phoenix, Emily Beth Buchanan (Camilo) of Atlanta and Spencer Thomas (Gracen Thomas) of Mt. Airy; her great grandchildren, Liv Hesso Shaffer and Kaiden Binho Shaffer; her brother Wesley; and her siblings-in-law, Esther Toncre of Little Rock, Arkansas and LaVahn (Mary Frances Hoh) of Louisa, Virginia.. She is also survived by her children, grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
