She was predeceased by: her parents, Paul Hopper and Juanita Sowers Hopper; her brother Gary Hopper Leroy Hopper; and her stepfather Bill Parris. She is survived by: her daughter Lisa; her son-in-law James Kimsey of Mt. Airy; her sons, Terry Davis (Kaye Waldrep) of Athens and David English of Clarkesville; her sisters, Gale Dover of Hollywood, Judy Worley of Cornelia, Melody Colbert of Blue Ridge, Teresa Norwood of Blairsville and Glenda Crooke of Ellijay; and her grandchildren, Madison Kimsey, Cason Kimsey, Chance Davis and Reagan Davis. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
