He is survived by: his father Milton Smith; his wife Janet Dickerson Smith of Clarkesville; his mother Ruth Welborn Smith; his son Darrin; his daughter-in-law Carrie Smith of Adairsville; his children, Ashley Smith (Chad Lance) and Phillip Smith (Summerlin Franklin); and his granddaughters, Alyssa Smith and Kaylee Smith.
