She was predeceased by: her parents, Jake Church and Lucille Hallford Church; and her brother Ricky J. Church. She is survived by: her husband Loyd Smith of Clarkesville; her son Shay; her daughter-in-law Savynna Smith of Cornelia; her daughter Tina; her son-in-law Kale Mason of Mt. Airy; her grandsons, Tucker, Chipper Smith and Caden Hamilton; her brother David J.; and her sisters-in-law, Freda Church of Mt. Airy and Nancy Church of Mt. Airy. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
