She was predeceased by : her parents, Oscar Edward and Blondine Bertha Waldrep Church; her husband George Albert Holbrooks; her daughter Alex Freeman; and her siblings, Edward Church, Pat Church and Sheila Davis.

She is survived by : her son Michael Baker of Melbourne, FL; her brother Grady Church of Clarkesville; her grandson Jeff Loudermilk; and her great grandchildren, Jesse Loudermilk and Morgan Loudermilk.
