He is survived by: his wife Gloria Caro Puetz of Clarkesville; his children, Jerry Puetz of Clarkesville, Jim Puetz of California and Debra Saverini of Marietta; his siblings, Peter Puetz of Wisconsin, Jean Puetz and Sharon Puetz of Illinois; and his granddaughters, Valerie and Maria.
