She was predeceased by : her parents, Thomas Stanley Lance and Lora Pearl Richards Lance; her husband Dr. Jack Butler (Jack); and her siblings, Juanseal Lance Dowell, Mildred Lance Baucom and Richmond Thomas Lance.
She is survived by : her children, John, Angela Butler (Clarkesville), Steve Butler (Clarkesville), Mike, Cherral Butler (Clarkesville) and Cindy Butler (Marietta); her sister Carneal Burnette (Cumming); her grandchildren, Chelsea, Jake, Melodee, Morgan and Anna; and her great grandchildren, Aaron, Tyler, Ellie, Colt, Brooks and Oliver.
