We are sad to announce that on June 29, 2023, at the age of 83, Douglas Byrd Ivie of Clarkesville, Georgia, born in Tiger, Georgia passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by : his parents, James Prior Ivie and Ruby Carnes Ivie; and his siblings, Strahan Ivie (Geneva), Paul Ivie and Betty Harrington (Bob).

He is survived by : his wife Donna McCall Ivie of Clarkesville; his son Peyton D. Ivie of Clarkesville; and his sister-in-law Marnell Ivie. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
