He was predeceased by: his parents, James Arthur Kuhlmann and Jane Ann Rester Kuhlmann; and his brother James Douglas Kuhlmann. He is survived by: his wife Karen Sue Smith Kuhlmann; his children, Myndi Kuhlmann Pryor (Michael), Krystal Kuhlmann Ladner (Andrew), Jared Alan Kuhlmann and Austen Clay Kuhlmann; his grandchildren, Ben Ladner, Sam Ladner and Charli Pryor; his sister Patricia Powell (John); his mother-in-law June Smith; and his stepmother Joyce Kuhlmann. He is also survived by his numerous nieces and nephews.
