He was predeceased by: his parents, Carlton Lee Watkins and Catherine Woods Watkins; and his parents-in-law, Charles Daniel Tomlin and Rachel Mashburn Tomlin. He is survived by: his wife Charlene Tomlin Watkins of Clarksville, GA.; his son Carry Lee Watkins; and his siblings, Lee (Martha Watkins), Michael Troy (Leslie Watkins), Cynthia (Terry Thomas), Angela (Carl Townsend), Bunny (Michael Waldrop), Tina Watkins, Donna Watkins, Marie (Mike Bates) and Catherine Matthews. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, many other relatives and friends.
