He was predeceased by : his parents, Donald Kirby and Betty Ruth Kirby (Mask); his brother Joe Foster; his daughter Stephanie Foster; and his granddaughter Savannah Wood.

He is survived by : his wife Monelle Foster; his children, Natalie Henderson (Donnie), Kenny Foster (Casey), Shelly Foster, Ray Peters (Marie) and Chris Peters; and his sisters, Janet Kirby and Debbie Hipps (David). He is also survived by six grand children and numerous nieces and nephews.
