He was predeceased by: his parents, Joseph Crombach and Beatrice Goldsby Crombach; and his sister Catherine M. Crawford. He is survived by: his wife Susan Dowdy Crombach of Clarkesville; his daughters, Karen Smith (Todd) of Oswego and Anna Hope (Tim) of Amherst; his stepson Chris Hudson of Atlanta; his grandchildren, Allison Smith, Megan Smith, Sylvie Hope, Charlotte Hope and Evelyn Hope; his nieces, Kelly Rogala (Michael) of Rochester and Avery Lumsden of Clayton; and his nephew Jesse Lumsden of Sautee.
