It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Bobby Canup (Clarkesville, Georgia), born in White, Georgia, who passed away on June 12, 2019, at the age of 78, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Annie Aurora Canup and Smith Monroe Canup; and his siblings, Edward Canup, Charles Canup, Ruth Canup, Elene Canup Ravan and Margie Nell Canup Brown.
He is survived by: his wife Marjorie Ravan Canup; his daughter Crystal; his son-in-law Mark Pourbaix; his grandsons, Logan Pourbaix of Clarkesville and Seth Pourbaix of Clarkesville; and his siblings, Lewis Canup, Lamar Canup, Cleveland, Jean Stancil, Kathleen Taylor and Chapin. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers donations may be made to Center Baptist Church Building Fund, 109 Elrod Road.
