It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Bobby Gene Brooks (Clayton, Georgia), who passed away on February 20, 2025, at the age of 90, leaving to mourn family and friends. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, William Robert Brooks and Lona Mae Allen Brooks; his wife Clara Ruth Brown Brooks; and his brother Hoyt Brooks. He is survived by: his children, Aubrey Hoyt Brooks and Allen Gil Brooks; his sisters, Louise Brooks Tatum, Wanda Brooks York and June Brooks Tremmel; and his granddaughter Kayla Alisha Brooks.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, February 22nd 2025 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Beck Funeral Home (898 Hwy 441, Clayton, GA 30525). A funeral service will be held on Sunday, February 23rd 2025 at 2:00 PM at the Beck Funeral Home Chapel (898 Hwy 441, Clayton, GA 30525). A burial will be held on Sunday, February 23rd 2025 at the Providence Baptist Church Cemetery.
In lieu of flowers, the family asks that donations be made to Rocky Grove Baptist Church.
