He was predeceased by: his parents, William McNamara and Mary McNamara; and his sister Joyce Tuttle. He is survived by: his wife Diane McNamara of Clarkesville; his daughters, Leslie McNamara of Baltimore, MD, Emily McNamara of San Jose, Christine Olson (McNamara) of Milpitas and Erin McNamara; his sister Rose McNamara of Dunedin; his son Josh Olson (Daniel Page) of San Jose; and his grandsons, Trew Shepard, Kaden Olson, Colin Olson and LJ.
