She was predeceased by: her parents, Lester J. Allen and Clara Berrong Allen; her husband John C. Tatum; and her siblings, Marie McCord, Ethel Stephens, Annie Rose Davis, Arthur Allen and Earl Allen.

She is survived by: her daughter Doris; her son-in-law Gerald Kastner; her sister Edith Sliger of Clarkesville, GA; and her grandchildren, Chris, Pam Kastner, Lori, James Irvin, Elizabeth, Jeff Wells, Tyler Roddy, Andrew, Victoria Roddy, Katherine and James Dornbush. She is also survived by 8 great-grandchildren & one great-grandchild on the way; a host of nieces, nephews, other relatives, & friends.
