He is survived by: his wife Charlene Tyler Mullinax of Clarkesville, GA; his daughter Laura; his son-in-law Chad Simmemon of Alto, GA; his nephew Gator (Allison Mullinax) of Alto, GA; his niece Jeannie (Will Dodd) of Clarkesville, GA; his siblings, Teresa Mullinax of Clarkesville, GA, J. G. (Bonnie Mullinax), Earnest (Jo Mullinax) and Larry Mullinax of Clarkesville, GA; his grandchildren, Dedra Simmemon, Shelby Simmemon, Chloe Simmons, Sabrina Dodd, Dallas Dodd and Emi Dodd; and his great grandchildren, Mason Wilson, Kinsley Simmemon and Constance Scott. He is also survived by his children, grandchildren, and great-grandchildren.
