She was predeceased by: her parents, Herman Ray and Annie Lee McCollum; her husband James E. Malcom; her daughter Martha Sue Rollins; and her siblings, Evelyn Woody, Patricia Couch, Herman McCollum Jr., Jackie McCollum and Charles McCollum.
She is survived by: her sons, Ed Malcom (Sharon) and Charles Malcom; her son-in-law Anthony Rollins (Pat); her grandsons, Jonathan Rollins (Juliana), Nicholas Rollins and Jeremy Malcom; her great grandchildren, Sean Rollins, Liam Rollins and Brannon Rollins; her sister Sarah O'Brien; her close friends, Gary, Brenda Heffner, James Higginbotham and Sybil Sims; and her pet Gunner.
