She is survived by: her daughter Laura Bates of Chatsworth; her brother-in-law Rovena Hornbuckle (Ricky); and her brothers, Don Lawson, Glen Lawson, Kenneth Lawson (Elizabeth), Albert Lawson and Darrell Lawson. She is also survived by ten grandchildren and thirteen great grandchildren; nieces and nephews.
