She is survived by: her husband Roger Womack; her sons, Jason (Erin Womack), Justin (Meghan Womack) and John (Meredith Womack); her grandchildren, Kate Marie, Caroline, Griffin, Harrison, Hank, Beau, Brooks, Wilson and Becker; her brother Wyndall Lorie Walters (Rhonda); her caregiver Lavonda; and her sister-in-law Diane Womack.
