Fulmer; his children, Hal Fulmer of Troy, Kathy Fulmer Beasley and Karen Fulmer Kimsey; his children-in-law, John Beasley of Chula and Judy Fulmer of Troy; his grandchildren, Kathryn Beasley, Joshua Kimsey and Jonah Enfinger; his parent Elizabeth King Fulmer; his son Forrest Rinehart; and his sister Rachael Keeney.
