He was predeceased by: his father James Bernard Womack, Sr.; and his siblings, Emory Womack, Lemmie Womack, J. B. Womack, Delores Pearman and Shirley Cash.
He is survived by: his wife Annette Black Womack of Chula; his children, Lynn Stovall of Tifton, Judy (Jerry Bennett), Jessie (T. J. Norman) and Joel (Rebecca Womack); his grandchildren, Jayde Lockerman, Peyton Cowart, Rebekah Bennett, Hannah Bennett, Haley Womack, Tate Stovall, Dillan Womack, Madilynn Womack, Luke Norman and Mackenzie Norman; and his sister-in-law Marie Womack of Texas. He is also survived by six great grandchildren.
